Fosse Way Fishery

Had a short fishing session 3-4h on lake no. 2. Was absolutely amazing. Over 15 carps landed all around 2-3kg(5-6lbs) and a few missed. I looking forward to comeback

Fished lake one yesterday which is suspossed to be the specimen lake! Me and a mate landed 8 fish between us yet not one of them was over 7lb, the lake was netted in march and apparently all the fish under 7lb was taken out yet thats all anyone on the lake seemed to be catching. On a plus note the fish are of a good quality and the baliff was a nice fella.

Had a superb first visit to this fishery with my friend Rob. Who caught plenty of Bream and a few Carp also. I spent the day fishing the pole. I ended with well over 100lb of fish! Mainly Bream, Also had Carp including my first ever Grass Carp! Quite a few baby Tench also which will no doubt grow on and will be great fun to catch. We are already planning to return again soon. We fished Lake 2 today.

Great fishery for general fishing and decent sized carp mostly doubles going to possibly small 30's on one of its lakes with the other lakes setup for other species and fishing preferences. Access from Fosse Way is the recommended route rather than through Lighthorne village. Car parking and net dipping tank is provided on each of its lakes so no excuses for not using either.

I fished Fosseway Fishery today with Reg ,Colin & Steve we had a great days fishing we all caught bream up to 5lb carp to 3lb tench up to 8oz and the odd roach to 8 oz .If you want a great days fishing this is the venue to go .Thank you David see you soon .🙂
