Mill Farm, located in North Norfolk, has a rich history dating back to 1981 when it was established as a family home. In the 1990s, the property was transformed into a thriving fishery and camping venue known as Mill Farm Fishery, Caravan & Camping. Unfortunately, challenges arose with otter predation of specimen fish and the owner's health issues, making it difficult to maintain the unfenced fishery. Consequently, the decision was made to allow the lakes to naturally balance themselves. The late Maurice Moore, the visionary behind Mill Farm, passed away in 2017, leaving behind a lasting legacy. Visitors to the site can still admire the engineering marvels created by Maurice during his time at Mill Farm. In an effort to realign with the current offerings and activities, the property is in the process of undergoing rejuvenation and rebranding as Mill Farm Camping. While the option for a rugged and authentic wild fishing experience remains, guests must obtain an NRA license and it's important to note that the waters are no longer stocked or managed as a formal fishery. The focus now lies on providing top-notch camping facilities and ensuring a pleasant camping experience for all visitors. It's essential to keep in mind that the details provided about Mill Farm Camping are accurate as of now but are subject to potential changes in the future.
