Information

Mirror Lake is the largest of the three lakes, spanning over two acres with depths ranging from three to seven feet. It is a picturesque lake surrounded by trees and vegetation, offering a natural fishing experience. The lake boasts a variety of carp species including Grass Carp, Common, Mirror, Koi, and Crucian, as well as other fish such as Tench, Roach, Rudd, Perch, and even the occasional Ruff. Recently, 350 crucian and 400 small common and mirror carp were introduced to the lake. With two main islands and smaller clusters of islands, there are plenty of features to target while fishing. Foxes Lake, though smaller than Mirror Lake, offers deeper waters and steep sides, providing good margin fishing opportunities. The lake is stocked with a variety of carp species, as well as Tench, Roach, Rudd, and Perch. Notably, the best Tench caught on the premises was from Foxes Lake. Shadows Lake, the smallest of the three lakes, offers a good fishing experience for silver fish, tench, and carp. However, it has been underutilized due to the presence of pesky Lily pads. Despite this, the lake is stocked with small to mid-sized carp, as well as Tench, Roach, Rudd, Perch, and Bream. The lakes do not cater to specimen hunters or carp anglers solely interested in size, but offer a diverse range of fishing experiences for anglers of all levels. Day tickets are available for fishing between 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, priced at £9.00 standard and £7.00 for concessions. 24-hour tickets are also an option, priced at £18.00 standard and £16.00 for concessions. Whether you are looking to catch a variety of fish or simply enjoy a day by the lake, the lakes at this venue promise an enjoyable fishing experience for all.
