Kingfisher Lake, also known as Reydon Pit 2, is an exclusive fishing spot reserved for members only. This deep water lake boasts average depths of over 10 feet, with a maximum depth of 20 feet. The lake features a long rectangular shape with 13 pegs situated along one short side and one long side. Access to the other banks is prohibited due to the steep and unstable terrain that drops straight into the deep water. The diverse range of species in Kingfisher Lake makes it a popular fishing destination. Anglers can target mirror and common carp weighing up to 30lb or more, as well as tench up to 9lb, bream up to 7lb, perch up to 3lb, and other species like roach, rudd, and gudgeon. There is also a chance of catching an eel or an ide while fishing in this lake. For the convenience of anglers, there is a unisex toilet facility near the entrance of the lake. It is crucial for anglers to keep the gate closed and locked to maintain the otter fence's integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, juniors must be accompanied by an adult while fishing in Kingfisher Lake.
