Cross Drove Fishery is a picturesque and serene fishing lake situated on the Norfolk and Suffolk border. The lake covers 8 acres and is home to a vast array of coarse fish, including catfish weighing up to 90lb, carp just under 30lb, as well as roach, rudd, bream, tench, and eels. With 70 swims scattered around the banks and 20 islands within the lake, Cross Drove offers a fishing experience like no other. Each swim at Cross Drove Fishery provides a unique experience, whether you prefer to fish in open water, near islands, close to your rod tips, or at the far margins. The lake features a diverse landscape with bridges connecting the islands, lily pads, reed patches, and winding waterways, creating the perfect natural habitat for a variety of species. From pegs 1-7 situated on a central island to pegs 69-70 offering versatile fishing opportunities, anglers can choose from a range of settings to target different species. Pegs such as 19-23 provide shallow water ideal for carp fishing in warmer months, while pegs 36-41 offer a secluded spot with scattered lily pads for both leisure and challenging fishing.
