Absolutely fantastic venue, each swim has its own characteristics, friendly bailiff and owner. My go to venue.

I'm glad I took the time to find this place. Quality fishing at a fair day ticket rate. (£10.00 for two rods). Friendly bailiff who collects on the bank. No silly rules or bait bans, just the sensible barbless hooks and no keepnets. Rather picturesque in places with plenty of features to fish too. I caught many largish Bream, Carp well into double figures(I don't weigh them) and my first ever Wels Catfish, two in fact. They maybe classed as kittens but who cares when they are so different to catch. Almost all baits seem to work with liberal feeding. Pegs are normally still available even when matches are on and despite a busy carpark I still felt like I had the place to myself on weekdays. Pity its not more local to me or I'd be a fixture on the bank.
