Fairwood Lakes is a picturesque destination in the heart of Wiltshire that offers the perfect combination of angling and family-friendly activities. The 17-acre site boasts two well-established lakes that have been home to a variety of fish for over 25 years, including carp, tench, bream, pike, perch, and silverfish. Lake 1, spanning 4.5 acres, features 20 swims along its banks with depths up to 6 ft. Other species like bream, tench, and chub also populate the lake, with successful catches using Wafter's and pop-ups near the reed bed. For those looking to stay overnight, Fairwood Lakes offers a range of accommodation options. The Floating Lodge, the only one of its kind in the UK, provides a unique experience with modern spaces and a sheltered terrace for up to 4 guests. The Lakeside Hot Tub Lodges, including Avocet, Barnacle, Carrion, Dunlin, Jackdaw, and Kingfisher, offer comfortable stays with private decks, hot tubs, and serene lakeside views. Some lodges are pet-friendly, ensuring the whole family can enjoy a relaxing getaway.
