Information

Tinney Waters is a picturesque family-run fishery located in a serene and secluded rural setting near the Devon / Cornwall border. The fishery boasts three main lakes, all stocked with a variety of general coarse species including Carp (common, mirror, and grass), Tench, Rudd, Bream, Perch, and Crucian Carp. These lakes have been around for over 25 years and support a diverse range of coarse fish. The top lake at Tinney Waters is home to many Carp "doubles" as well as a population of Tench, some of which can weigh between five and eight pounds. Anglers can also find a good number of Rudd, Perch, and 'skimmer' Bream in this lake. The Middle Lake contains a wide range of stocked species, including some of the larger Carp and decent-sized Bream. The Bottom Lake, located furthest from the accommodation, offers a tranquil and secluded fishing experience with the opportunity to catch some large Carp. Whether you're a seasoned angler or just starting out, Tinney Waters provides a peaceful and idyllic setting for a relaxing day of fishing. With its well-established lakes and diverse fish population, anglers can enjoy a rewarding fishing experience surrounded by the beautiful countryside.
