Additionally, anglers can find large Tench reaching over 9lb and Barbel over 6lb in this lake. For leisure fishermen, the Wall Pool is the perfect spot with its abundance of smaller carp, some of which can weigh over 15lb. This lake has a rich history, being over 400 years old and originally serving as a carp pool for Gawsworth Hall. Along with carp, anglers can also catch Chub, Barbel, Roach, Perch, and Bream in this lake. This lake is very deep, with depths exceeding 8ft, and is filled with carp weighing in at 8lbs.
