We're proud to present our newly built carp fishing lake in Bideford, North Devon. This 1.5-acre lake was dug and stocked two years ago with mainly fast-growing, scaley mirror carp, with only a handful of common carp present. Currently, the lake is home to 80 carp, with some already showing impressive growth - with some carp growing by 11lb in just two years! With this rate of growth, we are hopeful that at least six of our fish will break the 30lb mark next season, thanks to our feeding programme throughout the year. We are dedicated to the well-being and growth of our carp, even when no one is fishing. Our house boilies and pellet keep the carp interested most of the year, and these baits are available for purchase when booking your fishing trip with us. Our carp range from 10lb to 30lb, with an average weight of 15lb, and many of the carp have never been caught, making for fast and challenging takes. The lake features various features such as an island, plateaus, gravel bars, lily pads, and reeds, providing a diverse and exciting fishing experience.
