The fishery at Hatley's is exclusively reserved for WAC Juniors Clubcard holders, with adults allowed to accompany junior anglers but not permitted to fish themselves. There is no close season at Hatley's, except between 14 March and 15 June when keepnets are not allowed and all fish must be released immediately. The close season concession may be revoked and the water closed if litter is left behind, or at the Committee's discretion. Night fishing is not allowed, and visitors are not permitted to bring any tins to the water. Anglers are limited to using one rod only, and must have an EA Rod Licence. The fishery offers opportunities to catch Roach weighing up to 1lb, Rudd up to 2lb, Carp up to 30lb, Perch up to 2lb, and Tench up to 5lb.
